Worse experience ever I want to give it -10 stars if I can, office is outside In the freezing cold, you have to talk thru a window, all workers are rude and never reason able, they charged me for an extra day even thu I confirmed with the city the day it was towed, very unreasonable, horrible experience ever. It feels like they are running only to scam people

Xtreme towing booked for a tow and were to arrive at 5pm.No one showed up until 8:30. We later found out that the first truck had a breakdown so that’s why the delay, though no one called us to make us aware of the delay of 3.5 hrs.He showed up at 8:30 and we rec’d a call because we “weren’t out front” with the vehicle. No truck was out front.he was around the corner in front of a completely different house.Flagged him to our house where he got out of the truck, took a few pictures of the vehicle, said “one sec” and then got in his truck and DROVE AWAY.Didn’t advise us as the customer - just DROVE AWAYCalled their dispatch, who tried to say it was because we “weren’t out front” - advised her he’d been sitting outside of the WRONG house. She then gave us an email to send complaint to management but didn’t help us at all beyond thatThe email to management will include the fact we had to firmly ask dispatch more than once to let us finish our sentence and explaining the issue.Very rude truck operator. Unhelpful dispatch.Tow truck companies and operators like this one are what give the industry a bad rep.

One of my front wheels came off as I was driving and it needed to be towed away on a skid trailer. I was told to call X-treme towing and they were very helpful. They answered my questions, dealt with me in a professional manner during a time when I was feeling scared and frustrated. The driver was very kind as well and they delivered my car as promised to the dealership as requested for a reasonable price.

Had a great experience with Extreme towing company. Quick and reliable service provided by a young man ABHISHEK who helped on a rush hours at 401 west bond.

I was not the easiest customer to deal with, but the driver was very patient with me.

Two and half hour of wait after ETA if 1 hour. And looks like the truck almost damaged my tire metal part was sharp corner.The driver was friendly and active. But did not use mask when I was in car. Company should provide mask to drivers if picking passenger in truck.

Our car was on the side of the highway with our children in it.Jemar From Xtream safely changed our tire and got us on the road within 15 minutes. (Honda road side assistance said it would take 2 hours just to get someone out to us! )!Amazing service! Highly would recommend.

One of the worst towing companies, I have ever experienced. I paid with my credit card and they did not have a POS terminal, so I was forced to provide the details of my credit card through the phone to one of their operators. I found this very odd, later on that same day there was four unauthorized charges totalling $240 dollars. One of the employees noted down the details of my card and made several purchases. I confronted the owner over the phone and she kept denying it. She did not compensate me whatsoever and would not investigate the matter. I do not recommend using there services at all, unless you want to risk getting scammed.

Xtreme Towing driver hit my van at 1:30 am.Then did a hit & run.Only came back to the scene because his dispatch ordered him.Then lied like a rug, denying he'd hit anything.After about 20 denials, the security camera was pointed out to him.He suddenly shut up, & stopped denying.But still wouldn't man up & acknowledge, & accept responsibility.Next, going over all the damage, he blurted out,I didn't do all that damage"So
