Quick, effective, attentive service. Went above & beyond to answer, pick up, package and send all within 2 days!!!! AMAZING SERVICE!!!

First of all i don’t know if he’s the store owner or something but this guy’s attitude is worse of the worse. We had packages for pick up in 7days and we called the store before that 7days expired and the guy answered came off with a very rude attitude and telling us that the 7days has expired which is not true(probably don’t know how to count days) but anyways we picked the packages the same day we called and the moment i asked for the packages that i’m gonna pick up he accused me of being rude while i’m talking normally because i don’t want any trouble. Guy just started yelling at me asking me for my id and throwing my packages out the door. I hope everyone thats planning to go here can see this. I seen a lot of reviews about this owner thats rude to customers and i experienced it face to face. This guys name was amarvir and is very extremely rude to everyone for no reason at all. He was mad when i gave him the same energy that he gave me after he yelled at me when i picked up my packages. I hope that UPS can do something about this rude guy. This guy don’t deserve any star to be honest.

Amazing Service, I recommend everyone to use their store for courier service. Recently over the phone I have inquired for an invoice record for the year of 2021 and the owner helped me right away though they were super busy.Many thanks!

I don’t wanna give even 1 star Very bad customer service they charge double price then others UPs store when I ask them they said that’s our price

I was blatantly overcharged. I felt the prices were too high for basic work. I was told the charges to scan a hard copy would be $7.50 for a single page! (In my opinion, that was a ridiculous amount)To get my photograph digitally taken it cost me $21 + taxesI had 26 pages to scan so the guy charged me lump sum $59.97 + taxes (random number he pulled out of nowhere when I said $7.50 is too much). I never received my physical copy of the photo either.Overall I was charged $92 for a single digital photograph and 26 scanned documents.

This branch is fine but one worker likes to make his own rules and tries to annoy customers unreasonably.I frequently visit this outlet to drop off return packages for different online stores. Amarvir always encourages me to drop the package on the floor and leave.I am an accountant and I believe in keeping records so I always ask for a receipt or confirmation. As soon as I ask for receipt he tells me to wait unreasonably. He starts doing his pending tasks or go somewhere.Today, he did the same. He kept doing other tasks and makes me intentionally wait longer for a receipt. Then as soon as he scanned my package the receipt was automatically printed. I wonder why does he like to make people wait for receipt.UPS should take a note and train their employees for better customer service.

Very friendly and helpful, reasonable pricing on PO Boxes and accessories. The owner will go above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction. A great experience all around

I recently had a unique experience with this store and wanted to share. My partner and I were on vacation in Niagara Falls, Ontario visiting from the USA. In our rush to leave we forget a bag of prescription medicine in the hotel room - and we were 4 hours drive away back in the US. We pulled over from our long drive and called the hotel. Yes, they had it and were willing to pack it up for us. and get it to a local UPS store The guys at this store moved heaven and earth to get this medicine to us overnight. They filled out the paperwork to get it through customs, provided a copy of my passport for proof of residency and put it on the truck before we had even paid for it since this was the last pickup of the night and the truck was leaving! I was shocked when the package arrived at 10:30am the next morning. They even tracked the package and confirmed I had received it. the next day All I can say is WOW, such incredible service. Thank you Amarvir and Jeff for going FAR and ABOVE to take care of a customer! You guys really saved the day for us.
