Motco Truck Wash
Go to a convince store and truck wash to be a customer, beside flying J card lock. Miss the sign on the door no public washrooms, instead of politely say no we don't have a public washroom. The lady inside the store seemed to be ignorant and said what does the sign say. Now I understand just walking in off the street and not buying anything sure. But had full intention of being a paying" customer which so many places need. Either way I give them 1 star and will not be recieving my business even to wash the large trucks that I drive needing a wash."

The driveway entrance cement is very bad and rough ,trucks bottom out if you have moosebumper, big scrape on bottom of bumper from this exit .....pumps poor condition, had to turn around to fill both sides....no parking .....didn't go in store

Worst experience in my life...should put up a sign “whites only”, because the Caucasian lady with white hair was terribly rude...I will admit I did park in a no parking zone. With that said, the 2 parking stalls were taken up in front of the store, therefore didn’t have a place to park. My 5 year old had to use the washroom, for which I had to buy the worst coffee in the world. On the way out the clerk followed us out of the door and told us to leave as soon as we get in the car. Lady, it’s not the 1920’s and I ain’t you slave. Had it not been because of my family, todays outcome would’ve have been very bad for the clerk and the business.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Went in the car wash at 6:45 P.M and the open" sign was clearly on and as advertised on Google that they are open on Sundays from 8 A.M until 8 P.M. There were 4 bays open and yet they refused to serve me. The person I was having a conversation with had a very tough time with English. They lost a customer for sure. I should have read the reviews before coming here."

Pulled in to calm my nerves and clean off my lights during a blizzard. Was there 30 minutes when some old hag came out beating on my door like it owed her money and yelling at me that I can’t park there. Kicked 3 trucks out in a huff. Was going to go in and stock up on some snacks, but instead put it in the wind and went across town. After reading the reviews here it’s a wonder they’re still in business. For an outfit that makes its business off trucking, she sure doesn’t seem to like truckers. Lol.

Had my truck wash there was the worst experience only washed it to about 2 ft from the top of my tankers I complain to the management they claim for insurance reasons that they can't get on ladders or use brushes to do the job properly very poor service very unpleasant to deal with will not be returning

Worst experience ever. I dnt wana disrespect anyone but there is old lady she is very rude she even dnt know how to talk to customer.. i never seen customer service like that in whole canada..Stay away

Horrible place! They charge a ton but don't advertise the price anywhere until you walk into the office to pay, half the equipment in our bay didn't work and what does work doesn't really clean anything. You'd be better off saving your money and leaving your truck or rv in the rain, that would get it about as clean as you're going to get from this crap place.
