Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Was offered a rental as part of a auto insurance claim and I didn't take their coverage and was given a vehicle that was smoked in and had cigarette ash and not cleaned properly (inside and outside). On returning the vehicle (had it only for 1 day), I was charged with damages that I didn't cause and was forced to make another claim (for the rental) with my insurance company. This is a scam for denying their extra coverage and gouging extra money from you. I raised the issue with their local and head office, only to be bullied and threatened. I will never rent from Enterprise! Terrible service and ethics.

Fantastic customer service! I work till 5 and the rep stayed a bit after to make sure i had a rental for my repair. I also dropped off the vehicle and forgot to add fuel i showed up the next day and they had set my items aside and were very kind about me forgetting the fuel.

How embarrassing for Canada. We reserved a 7 passenger van from this establishment 3 weeks ago for a much anticipated 10 days to show our Australian guests our beautiful province. At that time Enterprise confirmed the rental agreement. Two days ago Enterprise asked me to confirm the rental agreement via email and text message, which I did. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle it was nowhere to be found! They said they tried to contact me but claimed they didn’t have a valid phone number; funny, they had no problem contacting me via text message to confirm the rental only two days earlier. They claimed that they emailed me to let me know that the van was no longer available, yet I never received an email from them.I suspect they rented ‘my’ van to someone else who was willing to pay more. Very dodgy business practices! An individual who identified himself as the manager said he took full responsibility for the problem yet he did not offer any solutions. Not sure how they sleep at night.

Called to try to rent a car for my wife and I to get back home to Saskatoon, was told they don’t rent one way out of province. Once I got back home out of curiosity, I looked to see if I can book a car from Saskatoon to Red Deer one way, no issue at all. Horrid policy and my wife and I were fortunate to find another way home.

Such a lack communication and customer service. No one explains why on Monday when I had a rental booked they end up with no cars. I would have appreciated someone walking me through the process of how this happened instead of getting told to “just move on”. Being told one thing by one person and then another thing by another person. Disorganized and truly disappointed in the experience.

Tardiness not a strong suit, don't waste people's time. The Chevy suv was really nice. It had a really damaged windshield on pick up, not really a big deal. Check out was easy and quick.

They were extremely accommodating considering my lack of organizing myself befor I went to pick up my rental.They were professional, and prompt.Maybe their communication amongst themselves could be more clear but that’s minor for my experience.

Call centre booked my rental for a day this location was closed. Double booked my rental when they transferred it to another day. Was gum and garbage left in the vehicle. And then called me everday for 3 days prior to return to let me know insurance was ending my rental even though I spoke with someone and confirmed the date of return.

I had to get a rental car for a few days as my vehicle was being repaired at the dealership. I was picked up by Brent from the Red Deer location at the dealership and was so pleasant to speak with during transport. He went through all the details of the rental and I appreciated the communication. He made me feel like a valued customer and felt like my needs were met. Thank you Brent for the exceptional service!!

I needed a vehicle while mine had repairs. It was to be a one day rental but slowly continued for a couple days then a full week. Enterprise was so respectful of keeping the vehicle available for me. It was perfect for my needs and very friendly people.
