Installed almost 2 yrs ago, they didnt look over my house before heat pump installation, changed placement day of install, heat does not reach master bedroom, downstairs units temp sensor has never worked must be turned on and off manually otherwise it will keep running until room is 90f +. Purchased extended warranty for all the good that is. Company keep trying to blame George Corbin the guy they hired to install. For you own good be wary of this company and their products and service

Do not backup their product or show up for appointments....2 years trying to get the newly installed system fixed to work properly....horrible horrible service....make appts to come out and never show up...Deserve 0 stars
