Took time with the exam. Explained everything. Gave a quote for upcoming procedure. Made my pet feel relaxed.

Had to take our cat there for an emergency. They were very helpful and explained everything, showed us x-rays so we could see and understand the issue. Everyone we met there was awesome. Highly recommend this vet for your pets.

Non cooperative and unsympathetic doctors and unsupportive staff , I will never go here ever again. I took my pet there for about four months and finally decided I can’t bear them anymore.

We have been taking our two fur babies (kitties) to this vet clinic for years and have always had wonderful experiences there. We recently had to make the difficult decision to put one to sleep - and Dr. Kersey and the rest of the clinic staff were unbelievably patient, helpful and kind. Their empathy toward both our cat and us was extraordinary - it felt like our boy was one of their own. In addition, their reassurance was so comforting. These are exceptional people!

I began taking my two new little puppies here a few months ago and I immediately loved Dr. Kersey. She is very knowledgeable and clearly cares about pets.However on the last 2-3 occasions we ran into some trouble with the staff - and one technician in particular who was extremely rude. As I was preparing to bring my pets in for spay/neuter, I had some clarifying questions about the estimate - it wasn't adding up and I wanted to be confident about what surgeries were actually being performed. Upon speaking with this staff member to reiterate my questions, she became hostile, argumentative and defensive.As she devolved, I reiterated I was a concerned pet parent and about to spend $$$$ for these surgeries - and I felt it was in my right to ask clarifying questions.she informed me if I was unhappy with their service (which I never said or implied) it might be time for me to take my pets elsewhere.Consequently, we cancelled the surgeries and moved to anew clinic.

I can't say enough just how amazing Dr. Rushton and his staff at this location are. We were referred to Dr. Rushton by another vet. The diagnoses was not what we were hoping for (Large, inoperable tumour instead of a simple ACL surgery). It was a very tough time for our family but thanks to Dr. Rushton / Staff for their extensive knowledge and level of compassion it made the situation as good as it could have been. This will be the only Vet clinic that we use going forward.

It was my first time going to a vet (First time cat owner), and I recently adopted my cat, Oreo from the SPCA and wanted to do a general check up. Both the vet and vet assistant were very kind, and gave me excellent advice on how to care for my cat, who is overweight and how to help him loose the weight. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going here for three years. Dr. Kersey is wonderful! Vet Assistant Sam and Ali are very nice and helpful as well.
