While I cannot attest to the quality of the product, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Called to spend 10-20K on a new washer, asked for quote, provided email address, number and name.Never did I get a quotation, email or call. Proceeded to spend $18,500 with their competition who were right on top of my new sales request. Must be rolling in the dough over there if they are too busy to make $20,000 sales from a customer walkin.

Have one of their machines and it's been awesome. I needed some parts for the fuel system and they shipped right away and had it back up cleaning in 2 days! They were super helpful over the phone during troubleshooting as well!! Thanks guys! I gave you 10 stars but they only let me do 5 lol

3 days of calling, trying all extensions, no one ever answers. Finally figured out 0 gets you to a receptionist. 2 contacts with receptionist, was supposed to get a call back from a technician, because..... no one is actually ever there working. Never got a return call. I will be return this machine and buying from a company that actually helps their customers. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
