Another new customer that drove 2 hours to find the place in richmondhill closed. You might want to update your hours online and who ever I spoke to on the phone was Extremely rude. Wouldn't even want to experience there service they offer.Won't be coming Back and spending my money elsewhere!

Valeri is very welcoming as always. Answered all my questions in a professional manner and gave me good constructive advice for my skating boots. I managed to find new pair of skates, fitted, sharpened and sold my old skates under an hour. Thank you so much for all the great help.

Valery is hands down the friendliest person running a figure skating store in the GTA. He's extremely responsive and trying his best to find a good solution for every customer. In addition, he's my favourite skate sharpener. He just knows what you need and makes it happen.Plus, he knows exactly what my feet look like even if I just call him. I love that he actually remembers every single customer - this makes you feel like your business is truly valued.The only downside is that Esta Richmond Hill isn't always open, and Oakville is a bit too far for me.All in all, I recommend Esta for your figure skating needs!

This is the place to go if you need figure skating equipment. Valery is so knowledgeable and helpful. he is holding this place as an extension to his main shop in Mississauga. Despite the hours (only a few days a week) you should not miss his recommendations and advice.

This is the right place to go if you need a new pair of skates! Valeri was very helpful, call before you come. The dresses are made of soft and durable fabric, great style too!!
