I have known Chris Strike for a number of years, and have had the privilege of working next to him in the past. I have only known him to be professional, courteous, thorough, and knowledgeable in his field. Bringing these qualities to his business ensures an effective, professional and quality Security Service. I have not used his companies’ services personally as my geographical location poses some challenges there, but having some personal knowledge of the quality of his character; 10/10 would recommend the use of Vigilant Security.

Employees driving company vehicles are a direct representation of the company and I am appalled by the driving habits of one your drivers. They repeatedly high beamed me and when they tried to change lanes to cut me off, they slammed on the breaks when an OPP officer was sitting off the highway. They then proceeded to drive +120 in a 60-90 km/hr rural area… seemed very irresponsible as well as reckless for someone driving a vehicle with a company logo on it…….

I have the pleasure of working with Vigilant as a Tier 2 Guard and have worked in many different environments while with the company.The management team is available 24/7 for any questions and issues I may have, and responds promptly to anything I bring to them. They are approachable, professional, and always look out for our best interests.Sabrina does an absolutely amazing job of communicating with us, scheduling our shifts and training, and arranging just about anything we need as employees. She has looked after and promptly resolved any scheduling, uniform, or logistical issues I've encountered. She made the interview and hiring process a pleasant breeze and explained any hiring conditions and policies thoroughly.Christian Strike, being the CEO, is also always available, helpful and approachable, and makes everything a learning experience. I recently booked Vigilant for a charity Halloween dance that I was running and I was super impressed with the service. They came early and made sure they knew the layout of the building. Checked in frequently making sure everything was going to plan. Did everything that was asked of them and more. I would highly recommend them for any event and was extremely happy with their service.

Worst company I have ever worked for. First they won’t give you shifts for a month saying they don’t have site available, and you become jobless. Once I find another job, the company owner didn’t pay me for the last week I worked there, two of my other fellow employees didn’t get pay either for the week they worked.After you try calling them asking for the pending pay, they gonna block your number , and you will never hear back from them not even email reply. And forgot to mention , company owner will threaten you if you would ask for the unpaid days. # Unprofessional> >Reply to company owner: First of all we didn’t work in the year 2020. We started working in 2021. Secondly please stop putting wrong allegations, since it doesn’t suits being CEO of the company as everyone can see , We are being respectful from the day one.Regarding the pending pay days, I have sent an email which I never get reply on May 16, 2022 mentioning unpaid days and the screenshot of last received payslip.I would mention here too:Me: September 14, Tuesday: 7pm to 7amSeptember 16, Thursday: 7pm to 7am24 hrsMy husband: September 13, Monday: 7pm to 7amSeptember 15, Wednesday: 7pm to 7am24 hrsI am hoping that we will get paid on the coming payday. And I hope my review would be helpful for the future employees, that this would not happen with them.
