My wife and I have been customers of Pedego Canmore since the shop opened in Canmore in 2019 I think. Service has always been very good and we could not be more pleased with having Amy’s operation here in Canmore. Have also recommended her dealership to a hiking and biking friend whose wife purchased a new Pedego bike for her husband for Christmas a few years ago.

My daughter and I rented e-bikes to travel the Legacy Trail. What an amazing experience! Amy and Paula were extremely helpful and made sure we were fully prepared to take on this adventure. The bikes were fantastic. We had no issues and would highly recommend Pedego!!!

Had a great experience renting fat-tire e-bikes here! Amy was super helpful; she made sure we were comfortable with the bikes and showed us where to go for the best trails around town. We had a blast touring all over Canmore's beautiful trail system, even though it was very icy in some areas on that day. We had to be a bit careful, but we actually seemed to have more traction with the bikes than people walking! If I am back in Canmore in the summer, I will definitely rent here again. Highly recommended!

Last minute decided to rent bikes to bike the Banff Legacy Trail. Arrived shortly after they opened on a Saturday and bikes were already low. Was able to rent 2 bikes and Paula helped us get set up and off quickly. The bikes were an amazing way to experience the trail and the speeds at which they went made the trail really enjoyable. The staff at Pedego were great and very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this place 100%!

I recently had the pleasure of renting a bike from Pedego , and I must say, the service I received was absolutely excellent. From the moment I walked in, the Amy and staff were friendly, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable about their bikes.The rental process itself was seamless and efficient. The staff ensured that the bike was properly adjusted to my height and gave me a quick rundown of its features. They also provided me with a helmet, a lock, and a map of the nearby cycling trails. Their attention to detail and commitment to safety really impressed me.The bike I rented was in fantastic condition. It was clean, well-maintained, and rode smoothly throughout my entire rental period. I felt confident and comfortable as I explored the beautiful scenery around me.
