May be stay away from this business. They have no customer service. They sell products you wouldn't find parts for, even batteries. They don't have any information about the manufacturers, so that you could google and contact to find out where you can purchase replacement battery. Local stores have no phone number to contact, so you have to go through 1-800 number, where you will be send to the website. if you manage to get through to a person after spending at least half an hour choosing different options, they can't offer you any help. They don't even have a messenger on their facebook page. Amazingly unprofessional in so many way. I almost never write reviews, but for this business to have no customer service is shocking, considering how huge it is.

I had ordered two dashcams and it said that it would come with a free case and SD card but after noticing that it hadn't with my order I got on the online chat to see if they could send it to turn around. Told me they couldn't. So I asked or can I cancel my order to turn around? Told me no. So I have now decided since I'm new with Best Buy and have an ordered that much but I have decided I will never order from them again. Once I get my last order I'll be canceling my account with them. They're not worth my money. It will never see any of it again. I do not recommend Best Buy to anyone. Poor service.

Hours of Operation need to be adjusted 11am to 7pm is just ridiculous. Futureshop before was till 11pm why such limited hours wouldn't you want to make more $$$$$

Frank helped me with my MacBook Air purchase.. was extremely helpful and all around a really good sales associate!! Super patient and was the first one to approach me and ask me if I needed help. Never easy when making such a big process but he was super kind and reassuring.. helped me pick out a good laptop case as well for protection. Told me about return policy if there are any issues.. I appreciated the help

Purely based on the hours. Why are you only open 11-7? I get some places being short staffed, but there are plenty of potential employees out there looking for work so there’s no reason to be short staffed right now, especially considering you’re retail and literally anyone can work that job as it doesn’t require any sort of diploma or education.Your hours should be 9am or earlier, stop being lazy, get up early and go to work.

Whether online or in-store, this has never been the same since the brand-change. Nobody knows anything the products, they sell a lot more cheap brands that are owned by Best Buy and less quality items, and their price match guarantee doesn't match any prices unless the item is regular price or on sale with no end date for the sale. With Wal-Mart and Amazon having far superior service, the same or better quality products and standing by their policies corporate Darwinism will see this place turned into a steak house in the next decade.

bought 2 laptops from best buy and bought geek squad membership for a year and after a year i don’t wanna renew it but they are forcing me to renew it and also hiding important points in contract so i request to all please read contract carefully before signing it and their customer service is worst won’t buy anything from there again

Very rude, treated as if i was poor and would not buy anything there. As soon as I walked into the headphones sections and was never greeted, they proceeded to walk away and not talk to me until I approached them. And even then, would never speak directly to me. I advise buying online and not dealing with that poor sales staff there.
