TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Needed a post-dated cheque, they wouldn't issue me one, making me wait two weeks to get cheques delivered.A bank needs to hold onto my money and then give it to me when I ask for it. If I can't get a simple cheque for club fees then they're only doing half of that job. Will be looking for a new bank.

Unprofessional, confused staff at this branch. Watched them finish personal conversations while customers are queueing for help. 30+ min wait after an appointment time. Do not recommend.

They putmy check on hold for 9 days and then one time they made me ait 5 days and then they took away my check this month someone gave me a check icashed it they werent releasing it and then they took like 9$ bank fees out of it kept it on hold and now are returning it to sender becaue they dont accept 3rd psrty deposits" Won't let me have overdraft even tho it costs 5 bucks everytime you ue it and they charge you 35$ everytime you you do a transaction over that puts u under 50. I thought this was a bank not money mart their loan rates are bad. They put my check on hold my direct deposits always go through a day late. The litteraly canceled my payment took 12 out of it so it would bounce and my payment failed. they stole my money too and stole that 250 i put in and they arent sending it back or letting me have it for over a month"

I do a daily bank deposit and a run every Wednesday morning to this particular branch. I took over a run at work 3 months ago, and had big shoes to fill. Coming to this bank on a daily basis at roughly the same time, is the best part of my day. Within a couple of weeks, now on a first name basis with pretty much everyone there, and they make me feel very welcome. There is an awesome chemistry among everyone I deal with, and am glad they make me feel like I'm part of the family. Please don't disrupt the prompt courteous feeling from everyone there. I'd thank each one individually, but instead just thank them all and to say THANK YOU!!!!!!! You all are awesome and thank you for being part of my day

TD Canada Trust Bank is very friendly welcoming atmosphere. The bank employees greeting with smiles and each teller has a smile when taking glances while waiting in line for the next available teller. The bank employees do such a great job at customer service! Keep up the awesome work!

I come on a daily basis to drop bank deposits and there are times when I have to wait. What is totally unacceptable is only one teller and I don't have time to wait all day for my deposits to be done as have other work to complete for my job and have deadlines to meet
