I am so grateful to A&D Glass!!! They went above and beyond and squeezed me in at the very end of the day!! I called and they quoted a price for my mirror that had broken and said at least a day turn around... but when I showed up and explained how incredibly important the mirror was to me to have that day to bring on a trip in my camper van (it had smashed the night before)... they literally cut it right there on the spot!! I couldn’t believe it! And it ended up only being half the price of what they quoted as they said the cut was simpler than they first thought. They sanded the edges and cleaned the front and back nicely. The place is nostalgic and a staple in the city. So lovely to go to a family run business especially in these changing world times! I am beyond happy with my mirror!

Brad helped me diagnose my window problem over the phone! He was patient and walked me through everything, I now know how the window mechanisms work and I managed to fix it! Thank you Brad, you were very helpful!! I’ll be back!

I spent 2 hours trying to make my patio door to lock. I had purchased a new lock but that didn't help. I hired a lock specialist and they battled with it for 3-4 hours and couldn't get it to work. I called A&D and they sent out a fellow the next morning.Loved his spirit from the moment we met. Within 30 minutes he solved the problem.He also showed me how to make the patio door to close easily.

Walked in with a custom circular mirror frame and they were able to have a mirror cut and ready for it in less than 30 mins for a great price too. Great service, great people!

I called A & D to ask if they could put a mirror into a large ornate frame I'd been given years ago (opening is 18 x 24"). They said not a problem and to bring the frame in. I picked up the finished piece a few days later

Went in for a piece of glass that had broken from the top of a table in my house. The guy makes a new one in ten minutes with me standing there and charges only $20. Did a perfect job too. You don’t get that kind of service basically anywhere anymore!

I was very disappointed with the service and the product from A&D. I ordered 8 pieces of tempered deck railing glass. When I picked them up, one employee was less than pleasant. Apon getting them home, several were chipped, and 3 panels have a cup in them. I called to discuss my concerns and was told that was just the way it is, so much for costumer satisfaction guaranteed.

I contacted A & D Glass to cut a piece of glass for my custom wood coffee table. When I went there, Brad was super friendly and went above and beyond to make me happy with the glass. He rounded out the edges, clean the glass and noticed a scratch on it. He apologized and even gave me half my money back!! He said if I got home and wasn't 100% satisfied that I come back and get a brand new one cut. I went home and couldn't even see the scratch. Thanks so much Brad for taking the time to clean it up and sand the edges for me. I will be telling everyone about you!

The owner yelled at me out his work vehicle on the street after he honked at me, a pedestrian that had the right-of-way to get out of the way. I calmly told him that pedestrians go first and shouldn't be honked at and he started to belittle me and raise his voice out the window. I'm sure he does good glass work but not a great first impression of him. Yikes.
