Precision Toyota

I love what I saw on the website but the reviews first few reviews I read about this company isn't encouraging. Planned to visit the office during the week for a financing but I sure don't want to experience the type of customer service reported or being overlooked by the staff, while I wait to be attended to. I know there must be some other positive reviews, but the first 5 reviews is always enough for me.

Only one person at the service desk during lunch and it was a long wait while helping the one person before me. Waited maybe twenty minutes at she dealt with that one customer. Staff in offices walked me and ignored me. When I dropped off there were 3 at the service desk.

We were traveling from Calgary to Winnipeg for a family emergency. Check engine light came on. A quick detour into Brandon and Noah at the Precision service department looked after it immediately and got us back on the road with a freshly washed vehicle. We really appreciate the Prairie hospitality and amazing service. Kevin and Pam Moore, Airdrie, Alberta.

A great team that for a change made purchasing a vehicle a pleasant experience.I live in the North of Manitoba and i was in the market for a Rav 4 Hybrid. I contacted most of the Toyota dealers in Manitoba and Saskatchewan and all of them were asking for a downpayment of $1000 (most non refundable) and a waiting period of 1 year. I opted to go with Precision as they did not required a downpayment and forecast a waiting of 6 to 8 months. 3 days after ordering the vehicle I got a call from Jackson (great guy to deal with) informing me that there was a cancellation on a Rav 4 and checking if I was interested it. We agreed on the phone on a fair value for my trade and 2 days after i was driving my new car. I purchase quite a few new vehicles in the last 10 years and this was absolutely the less stressful transaction go of all . As everything was done by phone( purchase and trade in ) I had no surprise at the time of delivery. A great team starting from Jackson (on the sale department ) to the finance and obviously the management.

I have had 4 Toyota trucks now, all of them have been super reliable. All aspects of working with Toyota have been overly positive.Purchasing was smooth and easy, service is always top notch, and upgrading vehicles is alway seamless and stress free. Toyota Definitely goes above and beyond for their clients.

I’ve thought about writing this review for that last 10 months. Last July we headed into precision Toyota to purchase a Rav. The salesperson we had told us it was a certain model. Last minute we were told it wasn’t the same one, that he mixed it up. Which was annoying, but it happens. Once the deal goes through, we ask if they can cover up the scratches, they agree and say they will get someone to get some of it off. When we went to pick it up, that night from the parking lot, the headlight was burnt out. And the scratches were still there. We were told they couldn’t be fully removed, and I understand that. But it wasn’t attempted at all. Not only that, driving home with a burnt out headlight is bizarre. Especially for what we paid. Lastly, our tires were mismatched. They told us it was fine because the tread was okay. Yet when it’s being driven, it veers left. Making it hard to drive on the highway. Hardly safe. We messaged Kelly repeatedly, and called. Finally we went in and asked what could be done. I don’t feel like continuing to type, so I’ll shorten it here and say over the course of asking about scratches, and getting money back for headlight, and the tire being dangerous, we ended up calling and texting Kelly MANY times. We were ignored. We had to come into precision Toyota directly for each issue in order to have it addressed. And each time he seemed like a deer in headlights saying he forgot. The car was looked over and the tire was apparently safe. Yet for us, it was difficult to drive. Having to fight against veering left everyday is not what I would call “safe”. We were kind and calm through out this whole experience. Even though I feel like they really neglected us. We’ve purchased other cars, and have NEVER quite had an experience like this.

Precision Toyota has a friendly staff, exceptional customer service, and a great product. I can only assume they have great leadership at this store due to the fact that moral always seems to be high. There is a welcoming atmosphere in the building.

Jackson was very unethical. Waited almost a year for my car and than subsequently increased prices way beyond the final decided price. Demanded $ 10000 more when the car was about to arrive so that they can sell my car to someone else. Totally unacceptable. Jackson was not even willing to give back my $500 deposit. Shame on jackson being a community member, looting community member themselves.

This is a nice place to shop for all your Toyota cars with very good customer support. Todd was very helpful. Didn’t get a 5 star because the floor options was a bit limited.

Hands down the best customer service around !!!! Sales and service staff very friendly and welcoming. I have never had a negative experience at Precision Toyota. Keep up the good work folks !!
