Very helpful nurse (Cynthia). Knowledgeable, professional and friendly. A one stop shop: Figure out what's needed, pay for the vaccinations, get them the same day. Highly recommend.

They were amazing. I had one week to find a yellow fever vaccine before I left for my trip which was booked last minute, and due to the shortage it was super difficult to get an appointment booked and the vaccine administered. But this team went above and beyond other clinics and did what they can to make sure I can get the vaccine before I left.

They were friendly during the first session. However, they gave us misleading information. We were told that we could have the vaccines there, or if we wanted, they would provide us with the prescription to get them in the place of our preference. When we asked for the prescription they said they didn't do that, and we had to get the vaccines there. Getting in contact with them to get accurate information was not easy. They overcharge for the vaccines, as we know now that they are cheaper in other pharmacies. In general, I think their service is not the best. They must be more careful to ensure the information they give is accurate.

Im going to bali for a few weeks and needed to update some vaccinations, and Devon sat down with me and went through various things I should be cautious about while on my trip as well as what vaccinations I needed updated. There was no pressure to get any vaccination or medication that I didn’t want, she just explained her reccomendations, why I should or shouldn’t get certain ones, and then let me decide! They also included a package that has information about the culture of the country I’m visiting which was very nice of them! Will be going back if I need anymore travel vaccinations in the future!

The nurse, Cynthia Reid, at the Kingston location is simply fantastic in every way imaginable. She handled the whole experience with such professionalism, coupled with a genuinely caring attitude, I felt I was truly being taken care of on a very personable basis. I can't say enough good things about her along with the treatment and advice I received. Thank you!!!

Awesome experience for us. I went with my 2 young kids and they were a hand full but the nurse was very good with them. I did not feel that we were pushed for vaccines we did not need. The nurse was very knowledgable and had answers to all my questionsI recommend

Incredible staff. Devon was friendly and very knowledgeable about our travel destination. (Thailand) Even though we required quite a few vaccinations the meeting was very light-hearted and all of us had a some fun during our extended meeting with her! The schedule was very flexible and she was able to fit all the necessary vaccines with only a week and a half until our departure. Will be coming back in the future if I am traveling again.
