Like another review mentioned previously, they literally remove and snip out the tags of cheap brands and severely mark up prices beyond even the new retail cost of an item. I saw many clothes that they were selling with this phenomenon beware! They even snip out the material labelling (which is mandatory in Canada) of what the item is composed of. The prices that they are charging for items clearly in used condition and some that are old and worn out is beyond belief. Don’t fall for this store!

My fav shop in Kelowna. Great price points, nice mix of vintage and modern and a ton of options you can’t find elsewhere. The staff are friendly, helpful and fashionable and the store itself is beautiful. You want to stay and hangout when you’re there!

Lost Together
Way too overpriced for consigned clothing. They mark up items quite a bit, including contemporary brand items many seasons old. Before you buy anything, do a reverse picture search on google and visit other thrift stores for similar vintage items. They also rip off (literally snip out) tags for lower-end brands that are generic enough to pass with a price markup. Please don't waste your time and money. The two stars are because some of the clothing is cool, but I am also not a fool. They lost the mark on the consignment market and clientele.

Lost Together is a beautifully organized second hand shop! Lots of selection for colours and sizes, and always a great variety of modern and vintage! The selection of clothing matches its aesthetic and lost together definitely has the best fitting room area with the comfiest couches! Staff is always super helpful when you are on the hunt for something special and are knowledgeable on vintage pieces! This is one of my favourite stores in Kelowna and I highly reccomend it to any one who loves to thrift and get good deals on pieces!

Lost together is the perfect balance of vintage, consignment & vendors. The artist director is next level and the owner is one of the most kind humans you'll ever meet. Are you in some other city that's cool for boutique shopping? No, you're in Kelowna BC. Owned by a local, spearheaded by an aesthetic guru and you'll have a good time every time. Period. There's something for everyone. Also! If you're looking to consign go here - they have a vision, mind you, but if your product fits the bill you're taken care of. Their staff is choice for real.

I visited Lost Together in May of 2022 and it was amazing! Great selection and friendly staff. I’m from Vancouver so I am used to a higher price tag in vintage stores but Lost Together, while not cheap is priced better. I walked out with a bunch of things, one of them being a 100% silk Realisation Par dress new with original tags still on (Realisation Par dresses retail for about $300) for $60. It also fit perfectly. Would definitely recommend! It has been the best vintage store I’ve visited so far.

Kelowna is lucky to have a store like lost together. I went in with my two small kiddos in tow. I had an event to go to that night and wanted to feel stylish in a new outfit.I was greeted right away and was asked if I needed help. Jade went through the racks with me to figure out what style I was going for and helped pick out pieces for me to try on.She was beyond accommodating moving the furniture in the change room to make room for my stroller… a thoughtful gesture that was very appreciated. Jade was incredible at picking out pieces for me that would work for my postpartum bod and that I would feel comfortable in and extremely patient. A fantastic personal shopping experience and I left with a great outfit. Thank you so much for making this mama feel fashionable and cute for her kid-less night out.

Love your store ! Love the staff. Every time I go in to lost together I always find something to add to my collection of awesome , unique, vintage or newer articles of clothing. I love that I have such a positive experience here with the staff ! Keep doing you guys cause it's the best !

On my visit here, the store itself is very cool and well put together. I got some nice items for a decent price. One of the skirts I bought was damaged: the seam by the zipper ripped and small holes on the back, I got 10% off because I pointed it out to the staff. Not great but fine. However, I ordered online and they claimed to have “lost” 2 of my items. I received a refund for my lost items but not for the shipping I paid. I have asked for my shipping to be refunded. As well, the other skirt I received was also ripped down the seam of zipper which was not disclosed in the description or pictures. Not impressed be cautious when purchasing.
