Wonderful accommodating staff! They are knowledgeable , friendly and will go the xtra mile to find you what you need ! They have been terrific through this whole year and we know they are exhausted but they still manage to take care of their customers with a smile on their faces ! Great staff !

Professional staff that know their inventory cold! Knowledgeable and always up for a friendly joke, this is one of my local favorites for anything Hardware related! Al and Mike take this far beyond a local store - you really want to go over and spend some money!!

Not a huge store, but they have a great deal of stock, so if you need something locally, this is always my first stop. Staff are super helpful. They went way above and beyond during covid, meeting customers outside, then going inside themselves to get what you needed in a super timely and efficient way. Love this place.

The people working in this store are absolutely amazing! Four different clerks offered help and their expertise during my visit. They were super kind and accommodating!! Shops here for incredible service and friendly faces! Thank you all for your work and kindness, it makes such a difference in a person's day!

They wouldn't let me use the washroom even though I had an emergency very disappointing they told me to go to the gas station

Went there when they had a flyer item for wire on sale. They were out of stock and the cashier ordered me 4 and told me they’d call me when it came it. She took all my details etc. I offered to pay for the item at time of order and she said it wouldn’t be necessary.Come 5 days after the day she said they’d call of course they don’t so I call only to be informed by the owner that the item is on back order and they won’t be honouring the sale price.Not a very good experience to say the least.They won’t get my business and we’re building a garage so they would of gotten lots of it but now I’ll travel a few km’s north to give my dollars to another business that appreciates the business.

Best hardware store! Friendly staff, just love it when Mary is working, she is a great people person.
