Terrible neighbor. Knocked down my fence twice and the other neighbors and refused to fix the property damage they caused. Illegally stores equipment and has encroached on our property. Carmen does not care about anything but himself and will not take responsibility for his actions. If I were a prospective customer I would never do business with them.
