Stayed there with my wife on Sat.May.16 we had such an amazing time. Good service, good atmosphere, good food ( Steak, garlic mushrooms, house made pasta with sausage, gnocchi... And we brought our own bottle of vino. Highly recommended this place!!

This remains one of my favourite places to eat at. The decor has changed, less, Italian, less, rustic, much less nostalgic than before. I wish they bring the old until you’re back. Still, quality of the food, quality of the service, the fact that it is BYOB Makes this and winner for me every time.

If you’re craving for Italian cuisine in Montreal, La Campagnola is absolutely what I recommend! Every time we’re surprised by the quality of service, beautiful attitude of staff and amazing ambiance! They’re so professional, welcoming and lovely! Absolutely recommend it! (I just have the dessert photos, but the appetizers and main courses are WOW! Ribs, steaks are top notch!)

I had high expectations when looking at the website and images about this restaurant but after giving it a try I was Not impressed with the food, I thought it was overpriced and the quality was lacking. The experience overall was ordinary I’d rather go to other restaurants before returning there. On the positive side, the owner and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is overrated in my opinion. The setting is very basic (nothing special) and a failed attempt at a family Italian restaurant.

Food was very good. Mind blowing , no , but good. Locations is so so. Sketchy mall and tough parking but mostly the 3 stars is for the service. We felt like we were a burden in an empty restaurant tbh. I don’t know if the waitress was having a bad day but was not welcoming. Little confrontational, and definitely not helpful. I get people can have a bad day but for a place where you can expect to spend 70-100 a person without wine , I want my problem to go away and not have to deal with others.

I'm italian and I stopped going to italian restaurant for about 7 years because its always a deception. LA CAMPAGNOLA is the first italian place i tried and actually loved (i went 2 weeks ago). The food is tasty and their tomatoe sauce reminded me of my nonnina's sauce (no acidity like it should). I had the steak and fries, it was simply amazing, the parsley garnish was perfectly balacing the plate. The gnocci were amazing too, we had a whiskey and romano sauce that was delicious. I also recommend the braciole, the veal reminded me of my nonna's one. It taste truly authetic and i do recommend this place, even for italians. I want to say a big thanks to the cooks and to the owners for this beautiful discovery. Oh, and the service was amazing, friendly staff and warm welcome. Thanks for this experience :)

An Italian gem.This place has been around a while and that alone usually speaks for itself. However, I have to speak a little to the quality, attention to detail and homemade nature of their food.I've been here a few times and was just so happy to be eating their food again the last time I went. Tastes just like the stuff my nonna & nonna used to make. It seems they do their own homemade deli meats which are super fresh. Their cutlets are divine. Everything down to the fantastic affogato we had for dessert was top notch.If you're in Lasalle and craving some homemade Italian goodness, try this place out.

This place is a diamond in the rough. You would never know it was here unless you heard from someone to go or randomly found it. There are lots of good steaks here, special menu on Wednesday and Thursday that is 5-6 course meals for a group of four or more. The service was excellent, authentic and loud for a family owned restaurant. I would recommend it again, the prices are a little bit expensive for not a white table clothe experience. It is bring your own wine as well.

I can't express how happy i am with this place! It's definitely the best food and service! The servers were super welcoming and they make us feel like home, they would answer every question with a smile on their face, they all speak english and french (some of them speak italian too), when the food got here we were amazed(i left some photos down here) the food was delicious! we ordered a steak that was the best i've ever tasted, hand made gnocchi that was spectacular and a spaggethi on a lemon sauce.For desert we ordered crème brûlé that was on point! and a plate of cannoli(it came with 3 delicious cannoli). Im extreamly thankfull for this experience, we are for sure coming back and would 100% recommend this place!(it is a little bit expensive but definitely worth it :)
