From my experience, Sail time is a company that doesn’t take signed contracts seriously. At least, the owner doesn’t take action to solve the client’s complaints. I will recommend never to take ownership of the Sail time program. I purchased a Jeanneau 349 and put the boat on the shared program. I never get the monthly payment that was set in the contract. The roof window of the cabin was damaged last summer, and I was told the measurement was taken and parts were ordered. However, parts haven’t been shipped yet so far.While I knew recently from the marina that the winter package was not paid yet (according to the contract, it was supposed to be paid by Sail time). I sent out an email and no response after 3 days. Then I posted on a local Facebook group about what happened to me while dealing with this company. Funny enough I got a response immediately when I attached the screenshot of the post. The response from the owner of the company is shown in the photo. Nothing come up yet up to today Wednesday.
