Its not my home branch and i needed the manager to help me out and release more than my allowed amount. My home branch always helps me out and does it when i need it. I have been depositing cheques from the same company for a long while. This branch could clearly see my cheques are not held. The Manager at this branch would not do a thing for me. Customer service is the pits. Will not go back and will not recommend this branch to anyone. I have had to go to another branch before and they graciously helped me.

Please avoid this branch or RBC at all, rude, ugly, misrable , and no human service at all. I do not know how they were hired them and gave them money for a disgusting services. I do not think so they had any manger watching them. close this branch please as many branches. This is ridicules branch

If it's not the best RBC branch in Canada, it is the best RBC branch in the region. All employees there are very professional, pleasant and respectful. These employees are heroes working so hard during a global pandemic.

The teller would not allow me to withdraw my own money because they ‘don’t do that here’ I’m sorry what ? What is your job exactly, then? Very rude and unprofessional service. Considering closing all my accounts with RBC at this point.

Stay away of this branch and ideally the whole RBC! The uptown Waterloo branch is full of incompetent people who can make your life miserable. They are unable to answer elementary questions. If you ask them something, they just make something up to get rid of you as soon as possible. As a result of that, we have been waiting for a wire transfer for 4 days and we have no idea when it is going to go through. Ehsan is the worst advisor! He does not answer emails and his knowledge is very limited.

The one advisor (mu (max)) was very rude and angry with me while trying to figure out a way to save for a big trip and raised his voice at me many times. It's not a bid deal but was frustrating when trying to get my financials in order, and I ended up investing in something I didn't even want to as well. The phone voice bot is so annoying and long just to get to speaking to an agent. Very frustating

Why even give 1 star, worst people working out there or may be not even working. There is no manager or anyone in this branch to help for as long as a month to issue the new credit card. RBC at its peak. Disgusting.

Worst experience ever with a bank. When you want to withdraw your own money, they will come up with all kinds of excuses and ask you all kinds of questions to prevent that. It’s our money not the branch’s. Rude and incompetent people, you beg them for service and they are so proud that you won’t receive any apologies for their undesirable behaviors. This branch should close for good or replace the people with better ones.

When I came to Canada in 2016 I opened a bank account in this branch. Staffs help and support were awesome so far. From 2018 Bikramjit is helping me regarding my banking questions and problem. He is knowledgeable, kind, and supportive. I had really good experiences with him for many topics including, home equity, day to day banking, and part of my mortgage.

Please avoid this branch at all. I did a HELOC with Kevin and it took 3 months and a half to get the funding. The credit I got was only half of what he said....Such a waste of time.....No customer obsession at all
