Great pricing, lots of variety. You can buy for household and personal use as well, you don't necessarily have to be a restaurant or business to purchase from them. Staff was extremely helpful in finding and sourcing products even if they don't have it in store.

POOR QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. Bought this BRAND NEW item just 4 months ago and used it only to put miso soup in it but the insides tore and damaged in just those four months. When we bought this we were told that there was 1 year warranty so we went to have it fixed or exchanged but then now they are saying that the warranty was just for the electrical part. Which they should have made clear when we bought it. Want to give a -5 star rating but google does not have it hence the one star.
