Brutal service. Rose gave me a 10:00-2PM time frame. It is 4:30 and they have not arrived. She has no regard for other people's schedules Do NOT hire these people. There are many more companies who want the business!! And they are overpriced!

We had a raccoon decide to move into our attic. It broke in and also broke out through the soffit. Through his knowldge and skill Terry trapped the raccoon and repaired the damage. I recommend his services.

We have used this company 3 times now. The first time was a momma raccoon and babies in the attic. The 2nd was birds in the attic. The 3rd time was the over the past 2 days. A momma raccoon and four big young raccoons. Got them all safely. Checked for damage they could have done (thankfully none). Highly recommended and I will never use a different company.

Very professional, I called them they arranged a meeting, set the traps and a day later mother racoon and her five babies were caught and safely relocated. Service was friendly and efficient. Well done Thank you

Varmint Control set 2 traps for a Mama Racoon with 5 babies (1 or 2 weeks old). A few days later she was caught in the middle of the night and unfortunately her babies didn't look good when we finally were able to get to them (we had to cut our deck to get then out). To my surprise, about and hour after they took her and the babies away, they came back to show us that they were able to bring the babies back to life". When we saw them they were full of life and moving around and making noise. It was such a great feeling to see that they were okay. I did feel that it was a little pricey

i have never complained about a business before. I am writing this because I am completely frustrated and disappointed. I do not know what else to do. Terry came to our place in innisfil and set traps for squirrels and mice in our attic. When it was time to check the traps I could not reach Rose (the woman who takes calls) and sets up appointments at either number given, no matter how many times I called. Three weeks or more have passed, they have our deposit snd we still have our varmints and the cages. Even when we have succeeded in leaving a message ( many times the line goes dead) no one calls back.Something is very wrong with this outfit.

Terry was very pleasant and professional. He arrived when scheduled, set traps, gave preventative advice and when the mother squirrel was trapped was back here within an hour to locate the nest of babies and set another trap to ensure safe humane removal of them all and will relocate them to a more suitable habitat. He cleaned up and replaced our roof cap with the new one that we purchased. I highly recommend him.
