On the weekend, our septic alarm went off and we contacted Kris. After explanation of possible situations, we hired him to come out and he found and resolved the problem (new pump, replaced old galvanized steel pipe and corroded wires, etc.) We found Kris to be trustworthy, explaining the problem simply and seriously dedicated to his profession.

I can't begin to tell you how this man saved us from replacing our entire septic system. He took the time to explore where he thought our issue might have originated. Digging by hand was difficult but he didn't want to be evasive either. Day 2, he found the broken pipe and put things back together. I am grateful for his patience. This has been a problem we have been dealing with for months.Finding the right person was a blessing for us. It saved us both tearing up our yard and lots of dollars!
