Great services, and really nice team. I was in contact with Jordan in the first time for my icbc claim on my BRZ, and everything went smoothly. I also had a second claim on my Palisade few weeks after that and this time it was Stacey and Scott who took care of me, and once more everything was perfect. Both of them looks great and got a good cleaning/detailing without asking anything.I would recommend to anyone who needs their car fixed.

I took my took my car (Chevrolet Volt) after an accident. Staff were friendly and helpful and dealt directly with ICBC-phew! I dropped off the car and picked up a rental. They fixed my bumper, lights and trim under bumper and the car was ready in less than 3 days. On pick up the car had been cleaned inside and out. Fantastic service! Hopefully Noone will scrape my car again but if they do I'll be returning here.

Amazing service. Brought my car in for repairs. It was fixed within a week and you couldn't even tell there was any damage. Would 100% recommend coming in and get your car repaired.

Superb quality and extremely friendly staff! I had an ICBC claim, and all I had to do was drop off my vehicle and drive their courtesy car. When they finished, I picked up my car within just 10 minutes. They even cleaned the interior and exterior of my car. This is my second time here, and I hope I won't need to come again, but if I do, I will definitely choose this place once more.

I came here for an ICBC car repair. I went there because they had a shorter wait time compared to other places and good reviews. They did an excellent job on my car, and the repair time was a lot faster than I expected. They were very friendly. It was nice that I could communicate with the receptionist over text once I registered with them. It helped to arrange the schedules more easily. I would go back if I need any other car repairs in the future. Highly recommend.

After a fender bender with my 1992 (you read that right) BMW 325, I took it to Tom’s for an estimate and ICBC claim. I was skeptical that ICBC would pay for a repair but when they did approve, then began the slow process of getting parts direct from Germany. It took Tom’s months and many many back and forth calls and emails to BMW Germany, but their relentlessness, commitment and fortitude finally paid off with delivery of the difficult-to-find parts. Pat was the lead on the file and Jonathon my contact. I also requested a cut polish to see how the car could be brought back to life, out of my own pocket. The results were beyond any expectations I had. They even removed the one good headlight to clean and remove the built up haze, making both the new and old headlight look the same. The attention to detail and perseverance in getting the job done was beyond excellent. I’ve used Tom’s for years and my faith in them continues.

I have been here a few times with my Honda civic and the service is great!!Location is very convenient and great courtesy car service.Stacy did a great job with a lot of communication with Private insurance company to be able to get my claim approved. Stacey is a paragon! I received the best service ever. From the first phone call that I made to her, to the end result, I could not be happier. Stacey is friendly, honest and extremely knowledgable. She put me at ease from beginning to end. The body work that was performed on my vehicle was absolutely exceptional. If that wasn't enough, when I picked up my vehicle, it was spic and span on the inside and outside. It was so nice of them to clean it all up for me. I will be doing all my future business with Colorworks.If you want great work done and exceptional customer service, this is the place to go to. I highly recommend them.
