I have been bottling wine, cider and occasionally beer at Michaels for over 15 years! I have never had a bad experience, and the customer service is exceptional!!!! Gaylor and the staff are top notch!! I would highly recommend them as one of the best u-brew places in the Okanagan!

Such a kind collection of people! I ordered some beer for my new kegerator. I had no idea what I needed to make everything work. They were all so kind and helpful, went the extra mile to help me, double scrubbed my dirty keg and just generally were amazing. Cannot rave more highly. To top it all off the beer that I ordered is amazing.
