A must go in St. John's! Not only one gets a good view of the bay and city, but you can understand why we have this bay entry called The Narrows": it is so narrow and a few canons would easily shot down any invading ships

not an easy drive, may be impossible to park, it's also accessible by walking, going to this point will bring you through authentic vibes of this city, enjoyable ride, if you are not very comfortable with driving you should avoid this route by car, it's very narrow for one car yet it's a 2 ways road.
