Black Mountain Golf Club

Beautiful course! Well laid out and really fun to play. No two holes are alike with a different experience from each tee box.The bunkers though….. more rocks than sand, legitimate rocks. Found myself in the bunkers twice, first bunker took a chunk out of a club face from a brand new set of irons. Second time I just pulled my ball out of a pile of rocks to not damage another club. When you pay a premium to play a course you shouldn’t risk ruining your equipment from a standard in bounds play. This is a 5 star course, but please use sand in your bunkers not coarse gravel. This beautiful course really should be 5 stars!

This is a review of the restaurant...I'm sorry but the food is terrible. I've given this place a few tries and it's disappointing. Recently got the salmon & shrimp dinner and it was pretty disgraceful...like what chef doesn't know to put salt in mashed potatoes or know how to cook shrimp properly? Too bad.

Friendly staff and a beautiful course with tough greens. You can book online, but it's better to phone in sometimes for any specials or 9 hole deals. Autumn shoulder season gets dark around 5:30 or 6pm and the temperature drops fast. They told me they'd be open until the snow falls and Frost delays can push back your tee time. I prefer the front 9 if you're only doing nine for the scenery.

Love the course, great clubhouse, nice piece of earth, and excellent views! The staff here ate unbelievable, always make us Rockets folks feel very welcome! I for one, love the views up there! Feels a little bit like a lost untouched piece of earth we get to play golf on! Phone early as they are very busy in the summer! Hole is an amazing drop down Par 3...ENJOY Okanagan Golf!

Absolutely loved this course. Would highly recommend to any golfer.

Course is very nice but overpriced for what you get. The carts have no basics such as GPS or even coolers for drinks. They give you a little plastic pal with ice in it but that melts in like 5 minutes out here lol. Never saw the beer cart once on the front nine and onky saw it once on the back nine. The beer cart itself wqs a joke, regular cart with one little tub with a limitrd selection of drinks. The guys working carts and first Tee box were great and had allot of information for first-time players. The girls working in the lounge seemed very unhappy and just not suited for the service industry and working with people. All in all nice track tobplay can be a bit tight in some holes, lots of elevation chnage also. But they should drop the price or improve the level of services/equipment.

Love the course and variety. Very nice and accommodating staff. Only reason not 5 stars is the traps. More dirt than sand IMO.Still one of our favorites in the Kelowna area

Excellent experience.Great golf course.Pleasantly surprised by the late afternoon sun being behind the hills so that we were in the shade.

Was there for putts for Paws and Turner was our server and was out standing made our time there enjoyable
