Dear all,I would like to share my experience with KWC punjabi tiffin service, that I have used for the past 7 months. During this time, I have made it clear that I do not prefer to eat potato-based vegetables. Despite my repeated requests, I have received food containing potatoes on at least 13-15 times.When I brought this issue to the attention of the service provider, they were unhelpful and dismissive. They repeatedly blamed the delivery driver for the mistake and refused to take any responsibility for the error.After several incidents, I informed the service provider that I would no longer pay for the tiffin service for that day if the mistake was repeated. Despite this warning, the issue continued to occur, and the service provider continued to send me food containing potatoes.To make matters worse, after I discontinued the tiffin service, the service provider continued to send me food for several days without my consent. This was an unwelcome intrusion, and once again, the food contained potatoes.Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by KWC tiffin service-Miss Dimple. I paid for meals that I did not eat and repeatedly received food that I specifically requested not to be included. Furthermore, the service provider was unresponsive to my concerns and showed a lack of accountability for their mistakes.I would not recommend this tiffin service to anyone who values clear communication and respect for their preferences.
