So far … I should say my experience was well … of course waiting time is long … sometimes not all your questions were answered but if you really want some information about anything kindly nurse will call you and calm you and answer all your concerns… I’ll keep you updated about my results! the booking system is unclear. You call, speak with someone and get a promis to be called by another person soon. You wait, call them back, they don’t find you and tell you to continue waiting several weeks. And then you think, what am I waiting, they don’t even have my information!??? Will go with another clinic that are capable to book appointments after the first call.

Terrible clinic! They don’t respect their patients. I showed up 5 min before my appointment and went to check in at the reception. The secretary was so rude , she raised her voice and asked me to wait outside. The waiting room is outside their office , not enough chairs so people are sitting on the floor. I find that very disrespectful because even at the vet clinic people and animals are treated better!You have to wear two masks which shows how incompetent these Drs are.There are also procedures listed on their website that they don’t actually offer. What a waste of time !!!!

This clinic was recommended by a highly renowned doctor. I called to book an appointment and was shocked when they told me I have to wait 8 months. Since is time sensitive I said I’ll have my doctor recommend me someone else. The person who answered picked up right away and told me to wait a little bit on the line. She came back and was very nice. Then I thought about it and wanted to know more information. I called back and I was put straight on hold. Waited for more than 10 min and I hang up. Then called again and same thing. Then I called from a different number. The person answered but said no words. I could heard her doing stuff on her desk. It’s too bad that such good doctors employ people who are like this. It’s actually sad. This is a clinic and employees should be more empathetic.

My experience at this clinic was quite disappointing.From the long wait times where they don’t even have a waiting room and people are sitting on the floor to the lack of empathy from the Dr, you are just a number.I was freezing my eggs and everything was going very well. I had 10 eggs that were the right size but when he retrieved them only 4 were mature. A dr with that much experience should know that! What’s worst is that when he called to tell me, showed no empathy, just suggested to do it again and would offer me a discount, very transactional. Fertility treatments are a sensitive topic, you need to show some compassion.What’s worst is that they told me the pain would be mild and only the day of the procedure. I was in severe pain for 4 days and mild pain for 3 more days. They didn’t prescribe any pain killers just told me to take Tylenol. That was not enough. When I did my own research it said that quite a lot of women go through severe symptoms, the clinic mislead me.I regret this whole thing with them. Money wasted!

Very disappointed by my experience with this facility.I called for a consultation for egg freezing. After waiting a few weeks they called me back and offered me an appointment...sometime during the week of June 12". The receptionist basically told me to be available for a call anytime during that week (!!!) and that the doctor would call me "between patients". This seems very strange and disrespectful considering the procedure is thousands of dollars...it says a lot about the organization of the center.Then they sent me a pdf to fill out that was a scanned form that they clearly used to have patients fill out by hand. It's not the 1990s. Your operations team should have the skills to send it as a fillable pdf or a doc file. You expect me to print

After many emails, they said they were gonna call me, but didn’t after i followed up with them. They don’t give appointments they just call u whenever they want. They will call you on a Friday night and act surprised that you’re busy. I asked many times for a specific appointment time they avoided my request. I spoke to one lady she was rude af. Don’t spend ur money there Disappointing experience, people that go to fertility clinics are already stressed out and are having a hard time. They don’t care about that struggle fr. Would give 0 star if i could.

Truth be told, I've had the best experience here.. Yes, it was a challenge to get an appointment but once I started treatment, it was amazing. The nurses Angie, Jane, Bonnie and all the others that I didn't get a chance to ask their name were so so so kind, especially since I'm afraid of needles and procedures. And Dr. Mahutte, his kindness, encouragement and time have been such a boost to my morale. This is the 3rd clinic in Montreal that I've been too and I love it here.. Thank you MFC

I haven’t even been to the clinic and yet I give one star just on bad customer service alone. Sent two emails, asking for information and to become a patient, that were met with radio silence. Filled out the form on their website and was greeted with the same response. Two voicemails and never a single returned call. Over one month of waiting for a sign of life. Makes me wonder if this place still exists…

After several months of fertility treatments, I successfully get pregnant which is why I gave a 2* rather than 1* review.Every time I went to this clinic I felt like a number, they did not care about me as a person unless I owed them a payment for sometime. They never took the time to let me ask questions, they once told me I owed them 150$ and when I asked for an explanation they were rude (turns out it was a mistake and I did not owe them anything) and when my family doctor put on a new medication and told me to make sure to tell them about it in case it would interact with the other medications they gave me, they literally did not even write it down or know the medication they just said as long as your doc knows you are trying to get pregnant... I dreaded coming to this place each time. Having fertility issues is hard enough, and going to a place where they don't seem to care about you makes it even harder.PS make sure you take your appointments as early in the morning as you can. I quickly learned that the later in the day you take the appointment, the longer you will wait as they ALWAYS seem to get backed up.
