Had a very nice experience with these guys. I could not take the car back due to some unexpected work issues; they took the car back from my place without extra charge!!Prices are competitive, no hidden fees. Will do business with them again.

I called them on a Tuesday to make a reservation. They were supposed to call back the next morning. Nothing. I called them Friday (date of reservation) to confirm. They didn’t answer for like an hour. The receptionist seemed nice but quite frazzled. She said I’d missed my reservation, to which I responded that I never got a confirmation from them, so…. Anyways, they were super low on cars. They were going to have to work hard to even find me something despite having had a reservation.I called budget out of desperation, because I need a car today. They answered immediately and had a car available right away.
