It's starbucks - what more info do you need. Hubby had a chai latte which he said was good". I had a green tea with honey - it was meh.The tea they serve is teavanna; which is pricey; and "ok" at best (in my opinion). Service was standard for the chain. The store was clean."

I tried to get a refund on two gift cards that specifically said it was “refundable with the original receipt”, which I had. The employee said she “didn’t have access to the account” and couldn’t do it. She said they would call me back tomorrow, but they never did. What a scam.

I work in the service industry, and can't count the times I had to adjust to cater to a specific person. it's part of job, and seeing impatience, as well as getting rebutted when ordering at this starbucks leaves me frustrated on two levels. The first, being that I work in the industry and recognize it unprofessional. The second level, it feels personal; this wasn't an awkward one time. it has been a reoccuring theme. starbucks risks ti compromise the overall quality of the starbucks experience in a location so fundamental to this community. I will be back and review this location again, and I hope my next review is on how hospitable this location is.

i have had a not so good drink once or twice, but thats my own taste and not their fault. i go here mostly for the baristas, otherwise id go somewhere cheaper. tatiana, rachel, nash, and nick stand out the most. but theyre all super friendly, and happy to make conversation. they remember their regulars. it makes your morning coffee much more enjoyable.

Serve speed is normal. Employees are pretty nice, friendly, and with patient. Credit cards accepted. Check out speed is fast. The indoor atmosphere is good. Free parking lot available in the front. Couple shopping stores are located at the same plaza, including TD bank. Overall experience is good!

Popped in here for some cold drinks before our walk this evening with the fam jam. Staff were helpful and polite and the drinks came out quick! Neat location. Lots of parking, and lots of neat things to buy.

Always order here without any problems or mistakes. Only today my blonde espresso iced latte became a cold brew which God knows why. My stomach always got upset whenever I tried cold brew in the past, plus I don’t like its slightly citrus taste so I never order it again. Today, had to visit the washroom twice after drinking the supposed-to-be-latte. I use this recipe of iced latte just yesterday at another Starbucks and it tasted exactly the same as the other times that I ordered in the past, without any upset stomach after drinking. Only today that my latte was switched to a cold brew that I got an upset stomach again. So disappointed!

Luckily noticed a sticker was in melted into the bottom of my breakfast sandwich before I ate it… called the store and was told I wouldn’t be able to get a refund unless I brought the sandwich back, even though I was happy to provide a photo via email as I was already at work. Had to argue with the manager before she eventually offered me a credit, it’s very disappointing because I order Starbucks frequently and spend a lot of money here, definitely considering taking my business elsewhere after the customer service I received. We also ordered two pumpkin spice cold brew, one came with ice and one came without… The consistency is lacking at this location
