I had ordered from this branch for an entire class and not only the food was perfectly packaged and arrived fresh and melt in the mouth hot, which left all my guests extremely happy with the taste and portions. The juicy Lucy burgers are unique in their cheese stuffing but this branch deserves five stars for the customer service. I had originally placed an order at another branch but their rudeness out me off, while the owner here was super gracious and kind, and impressed me with his going out of the way to accommodate my larger order on short notice. Upon arrival he was courteous and generously threw in extra fries which honestly has made us willing to make the drive from Kitchener just to buy from this location. The lady over the phone was also very helpful , I highly recommend this branch.

The burgers were freshly made and hot, fries weren’t soggy, and the wait time for the order wasn’t too long either. Extremely nice owner and employees, very helpful when it came down to picking what to eat. Would love to visit again!

Went here for my son’s 13th birthday (it’s his favourite burger). They overheard us talking and threw in onion ring toppers and an extra chicken tender! We found this place during Covid and it never disappoints!

The burger was an absolute flavor explosion! Juicy veg patty, perfectly toasted bun, and a delightful combination of toppings made it more delicious. Even the staff was so kind, attentiveness and friendly. They are helpful in accommodating any special requests as well.

Hey guys, so like if you're looking for a sick burger joint, Burger Factory is the place to be! Like seriously, from the moment you step in, the smell of those juicy burgers and crispy fries is enough to make your stomach growl like crazy! The place has got that cool vibe, you know, with modern decor and all.the burgers are so delicious, you won't even believe it! The patty is like super juicy and the toppings are just amazing, trust me! And if you're a vegetarian, don't worry, they have a bomb veggie burger too!The fries and onion rings are totally on point too, they just complete the meal, you know? And the staff is like so cool and friendly, they totally make you feel at home.Overall, I gotta say, Burger Factory is like the coolest burger joint in the city, for sure! You gotta check it out if you haven't already, you won't be disappointed! 5 STARS wallahi!

Ok this place has to be by far the best burger restaurant in Guelph. These folks are so underrated. I walked in with my girlfriend not expecting much but I was blown away by the quality of the food. I tried their machine burger, loved every bit of it. My girlfriend had a cheese burger and said this is the best cheese burger she had. Great customer service, excellent prices. I'm definitely coming back.

Fresh piping hot food, great quality and a humble staff and owner.. now this is what I call old school service. One that is certainly worth making a drive from Kitchener for as far as I am concerned. I had placed a party order and everything was personally taken care of graciously. The price is fair as well. It has become my new favourite joint for fresh burgers.

Visited here for lunch today with the wife. We had the Philly Cheese Steak Sandwiches and this is honestly THE BEST Philly Cheese Steak Sandwiches I've ever had. The meat was perfect and peppercorn mayo sauce they used is so amazingly good! Definitely recommend and can't wait to go back for more!
