A doctor there made a racist comment when I called her on it. She called security. Sick and sad. Native people are human. We deserve better treatment

Very expansive public/patient parking. If you are a lucky winner of day, you may find 2 hours of free parking around just one street parallel to the hospital, which is mostly illegally occupied by neighborhood visitors.The hospital (resident) crew is genuinely very nice and helpful to guid you, maneuver around (of this maze). Doctors and associates are the same as other hospitals (unnecessarily rude & loud. They like to take inquiry as personal attack)Otherwise, it's clean & the only one hospital in Burnaby.
