Gardel Cutlery
I brought a set of knives to Gardel after a local hardware store botched their sharpening job and refused to take any responsibility for it. We weren't even sure they could be salvaged. The folks at Gardel were helpful and professional, and got the knives looking like new again (also nice and sharp). Definitely recommend them! (If you're having trouble finding them, they are on the south side of the building, to the right if you're in the parking lot facing it.)
