Family day. The only chicken they have is the spicy type. No ice in drink. Coke tastes like ice tea. Asked to change to coke (because we thought it was ice tea) instead of saying “no problem” or “sorry” the girl who works there started arguing. Absolutely no customer service. If the fountains don’t work, at least tell us, we’ll go get the drinks from somewhere else. Rude and unprofessional. Very slow at making simple sandwiches. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Ordered two fish sandwiches the fish Was soggy there was no Tarter sauce on any of the sandwiches. Very dissatisfied also hardly any fries . Pop had no ice in it neither so warm pop yuck had do go else where to get ice . I normally love Popeyes think management needs to teach workers how to make a proper sandwich.

Such a unique experience I got today since the time I entered Canada(almost 15 years),,where an employee tells me not to buy from here if you have any problem!!!!On top of that she was talking to a boy standing leftside corner of the shop and acting like a hero heroine.such a pathetic customer service of the closing shift...That Indian girl with very loud voice and ill manners trying to shout on customers in queue and if they inquire whether french fries left ???instead of answering she started screaming!!!! I am going to communicate with the manager and will make sure the owner should know how these kind of employe can ruin their bussiness and loose regular customers.I highly recommend the owner to observe and investigate what is going on in the closing shift.I visited on June 29th 2023 around 7pm.This is the first time I got astonished seeing front desk behaving like a barbarian infront of customers.i wish there is an option of zero star.

Everytime I go to this location I got to wait 15 min but end up waiting 30minTry to call and place order they push u for Uber/doordash which hardly any other location does.Food is good n staff is kind but this I so ridiculous.

I ordered Rip'n chicken through DD, and I just got 1 pc. of chicken, and didn't get my order right as well, I ordered tartar sauce and they gave me buttermilk. And a drink of ginger ale but I got sprite.
