Team Sales struggles to find qualified staff that can handle sales. It took 30 days to place an order and after many apologies I was told the order would be rushed to me and ready in less than three weeks. Three weeks later I receive a SX email stating the order has been delayed due to vendor supply. I wanted to pick up my order and SX is still struggling. It seams SX has the market cornered and now we all must suffer. What happened to the local soccer stores like Savco Sports? I miss you Vince! Next time I order team jackets they will be missing the club logo and I will buy them where I feel like it. I have sent or received over 50 emails for 1 order and I just don't have that kind of time. Soccer Express you need to change your name.LOL

Great company but they took the paper towel dispensers, door knobs, and safety rails around the compressors.

Employee neglected to welcome me into the store, overall poor service and experience.

Despite an earlier consistent policy issue among the CSR team, SoccerX resolved the matter promptly. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is appreciated.

Nice to see a local store who stocks all sorts of soccer gear. It was always tough to find this kind of stuff when I was young, now I know where to go.

Yeah, we all knew this was gonna happen and these poor buggers are gonna wonder what's going on! Just don't give them one-star cause of a video folks it can affect the listing and exposure on google. But seriously though, DOOR KNOBS AND PAPER TOWEL DISPENSERS REALLY??!
