I have purchased two pairs of Bowers&Wilkins speakers online (I am from Montreal) and I was preoccupied how they will be delivered. I always prefer a brand new sealed manufacturer packaging and I am afraid of Open Box/Demo/Used items, because the speakers were with 30% discount. I contacted HiFi Centre and Igor very quickly replied to all my questions, actually sending me the quantity of all B&W models in warehouse inventory. The package with the first pair was received within 7 days and in perfect condition. I immediately purchased the second pair of another B&W speakers for my 5.1 setup. It was a great experience and I prefer to deal with HiFi Centre from Vancouver instead of local Montreal’s dealers. I highly recommend HiFi Centre for all Hi-Fi/Hi-End/Audio/Video purchase.

Living in Toronto, I was frustrated with the level of service with many of the high fidelity stores that are available here. Everything here is by appointment only and very few sales representatives have actual knowledge in high-end hifi. It's been so frustrating to actually demo and compare products here.But Igor from HiFi Centre Vancouver made my purchases extremely easy. He's very cordial and knowledgeable about hifi and gave me clear and concise information on everything I purchased. He also offered me options to consider and the ability to purchase demo items at very reasonable prices. He was always available to take my calls and he always responded within minutes of my emails. He was never bothered by my many questions.I was confident that I made the right decision to purchase from him even though I could have made the same purchases closer to home and not thousands of kilometers away lol. Sure enough my $5000 streamer and $2500 AC power and USB chord arrived as promised and within 5 days. Incredible! (just so you know I reached out to 2 high-end local stores 10 days ago and I finaly received an email from one of the stores yesterday requiring that I make an appointment...very frustrating!)One other thing which is a BIG PLUS. Igor offers a variety of payment options including Flexiti which none of these high-end stores do.I now have my eye on a pair of $32,000 spkrs which I'll be purchasing from Igor at HiFi Centre in Vancouver. Trust me, I have no desire to go elsewhere ever again!

Great service by Hifi Centre , Igor was very nice to deal with . The speakers were well packed & protected . Being from eastern part of Canada ( QC ) , I was afraid of a very long time for delivery but that wasn't the case , the package was received within 6 days and in perfect condition . Purchased a used Bowers and Wilkins Formation Wedge. Fully purchased online with product unseen. I originally wanted two of these and was getting an incredible deal from them. Unfortunately there was an inventory issue so I only ended up getting one but honestly, it didn't even matter. Igor's communication was prompt and I was always updated with the purchase. I understand issues come up but the important part of a quality store who cares is that they fix the issue and with humility. From my interactions, Igor has been a complete professional. The product came in 3 days which is incredible going from BC to Alberta. The product was described as 'lightly used' but I would disagree and say it was MINT condition. Came in original box with packaging even with the useless B&W product pamphlet and not even a single fingerprint! I'm more than happy with my purchase as it's sometimes a risk ordering online but this store made it seamless. I would 100% order from them again. Thanks Igor!

I emailed Igor about a pair of speakers listed on HiFi Centre's web site and received an email back soon after - on a holiday Monday. He quoted a very reasonable total price, we agreed on a sale the same day, and the speakers were shipped as soon as the wire transfer went through two days later. When there was an unexplained delay with the speakers' final progress to our place in Ontario, Igor contacted the shipping company to find out the reason for the delay (a truck had broken down), then sent any updates until they arrived. I have had them a month now and am a very happy customer. The speakers - a demo pair - were in as-new condition and sound and look fantastic.
