One upon a time i lived here. After having multiple thefts of both my scooter and related equipment from the ‘secure’ underground parking lot i asked if they had footage i could submit to the police. Even though they advertise camera surveillance, it turns out none of the cams actually connect to anything…. Its all B.S. …. So when i made a fuss about that detail, guaranteed next time i was to renew my lease they declined my renewal. Someone below mentioned they were bitter Old hags in a power trip… i think that assessment was way to kind. These people are not fit to lick my toilet paper clean as far as im concerned. Stay far away from these crooks.

Repairs take a really long long time.Holes in my balcony since 2019. Elevators don’t work. Not being serviced. And the door from parkade to building shimmied open for over a month now not getting fixed, constant silverfish on the 12 floorRiverside plaza

the front desk staff in the building are great. whenever ive had an issue (which is extremely rare) its been dealt with quickly. the move in system for the building is next level. i recommend renting from edison properties!

As always Edison Properties will satisfy your needs for living in a great location in Winnipeg. The staff are excellent in the office and maintenance department keeping the place hoping from the two level car garage, Mall Concors with restaurants and shops, poolside level & Assinaboian Athletic Club. All the way up to the soon to open revolving restaurant 35 floors looking over the city.

Poor management, Poor security.My list;Had my vehicle vandalized in the secured" parkade during the first month of living here.Had items stolen from my vehicle through the plastic which replaces my broken window the following month but failed to bother since Ricki has ignored my initial email request- failed to provide me with a more clear image of the offender.Security do not pay attention to who enters the building. I already told someone at front desk that I do not feel safe living here- given that on two accounts

Last week we had 2 maintenance guys enter our suite without 24 hours notice while we had 2 small kids here sleeping as well as myself. Contacted not only the landlord but the property manager and neither have returned my messages to apologize. So Edison properties feels like it’s ok and they can do whatever they want

Living in this building was the worst experience ever.The management that I had to deal with caused me so much grief, my EI benefits ran out even though I gave them a rent form from EIA. You say your purpose is to provide worry free living and working experiences. Yes Mister owner life is complex, I do agree, yes we should feel welcome home,but the stress they had put me through caused me to have a seizure. Thank god that they didn't cause me to have a stroke, or worse a heart attack. My truck was stolen from YOUR secure, underground parking lot. Because of the seizure my license was cancelled for the last 6 months. Thanks to all of this I was homeless and couch surfing for almost 4 months, I'm not saying I'm perfect but dealing with all of the medical problems and financial issues (while being homeless)was UNJUST....The way the caretaker and the property manager treated me made me feel like I was being picked on like school yard bullies,it was an insult there was so much I wanted to say to them but my medical issues got the better of me. Well I finally settled into a beautiful home,with an excelent owner, and awesome roommates that really makes it feels like a home should.All I have to say is BOOOOO Edison properties and Mr.owner for almost ruining my life and for the collection's agencies calling me and harrassing me for the back rent (which I told your property manager I had for her) All of this for money. I enjoy my apartment, the front desk staff, security, ect are all very friendly and the maintenance is kept up well

I LOVE working for Edison Properties, hands down this is the best job I've ever had. Love that I have a parking spot available at the head office downtown that's safe and secure. Frank is a great President, proud to be working here!

One of the guys with a company vehicle needs to learn how to drive. He cut me off multiple times already and he’s always speeding. Also how professional is it to have a dirty company vehicle and then draw clowns on the back with your finger? These guys need to grow up.
