I went for a manicure and pedicure on Jan 12 the day before I left on holidays. The next day the gel polish changed colour from purple to a yellow/green. The day after that all the gel polish peeled off. Not the best experience at Ten Spot.

Wonderful nail salon. Having been to downtown Victoria branch and downtown Toronto branch I believe this branch has expedite potential. Here the shop is bright, clean, and obstruction free. Staff are fabulous with provide help picking out nail polish colors and don’t mind listing to me being chatty. Tea and water are available. I also highlight Katie’s top notch, tentative nail polish work.

A few days ago I came in to get my lashes and brows done, I had called to make sure my appointment was set but I had a last minute change of plans. I had called a lady named Ally on the phone, she told me that I couldn’t cancel my appointment so I had to come by today, as I told her that I had something that came up she gave me really bad attitude over the phone She did not seem to demonstrate the desire to work in a place where people could cancel all the time. She shouldn’t have given me attitude while I was very polite and understanding with her, she avoided the fact that she could have rescheduled me for the next day or later down in the week. She really needs to work on her communication skills and how verbal she is with people, I will not come to this place because of how badly I was treated, I wish and hope that Miss Ally will learn and grow on what I’ve said.Thank you.

Every time I go they are closed early and I mean very early! I've tried 10 times in the last two months since I live nearby and there's always a poster up that they've closed for the day. Not sure how that's going to keep them in business.
