Discovered this gem in the neighborhood last year. Ingrid is a wonderful, kind and warm owner, meticulous and discerning in bringing in only authentic Swiss chocolate. You can feel and experience the pride of ownership and her love of people. She imports chocolate with no fillers or specially made for the North American market. We get to enjoy Swiss chocolate the way the Swiss do right here in Canada. The prices are reasonable. I have a few favorites, but nothing beats Champagne dark chocolate truffles! Specialty cookies a treat for self or a special someone. So good! A little chocolate goes a long way. Rich and satisfying. Happy Ingrid has such high standards, we can and do benefit. Thank you Ingrid for bringing us a true taste of Swiss chocolate artistry! Very thankful.Life is Good! :)

Love these chocolates .. my husband has been buying them since the store first opened. Ownership has changed, chocolates continue to be lovely, but boy do we miss Ingrid's lovely, smiling presence.

My favourite Swiss chocolate tasted fresh Truffles and crafted exquisitely in quality from London Harrods to here in Yorkdale. Will definitely keep this as my favourite and gifting options. Läderach is such a great chocolate flavour and selection of craftsmanship from Switzerland that my friends and family all like so much both especially in London UK. Hope to see more people to like them in Toronto with a better customer experience needed. The made of quality is not as consistent, needed some more improvements of the rough looking.

Delicious high quality chocolate with wide variety of flavours. Bought online & received my order in two days (to Niagara Falls). One of the items I purchased was sold out but they contacted me immediately to notify me & suggested a replacement. Excellent customer service. Will buy from them again.

Good quality chocolate (snap, flavour) with nice variety of truffles. Unfortunately, the product is very expensive and offers considerably less value in comparison with other chocolatiers in the city. Service staff is average and disengaged.

If quality and good chocolate matters:May 27, 2021: Make sure you never send their product as a gift or order it for yourself online form Läderach's TORONTO branch. I've place a big other of different products including their new product and instead, I've received a box of garbage. The response from Amir was NOTE - slight discoloration could be due to sugar or fat in the chocolate"!!! How disrespectful one in management/customer service position could be? As I've never ate a good product

I had a very bad experience with Läderach Canada online shopping website. From the online order, the chocolates they were sending me are EXPIRING SOON - less than 2 weeks from the delivery day! One of them only had 9 days left!! Last time I bought some in the store, at least they had 2 months before expire. I contacted customer service but there are NO response. I'm leaving my review in this store as this is the administration office according to its website. This is to remind other customers to check the expiring date" on the package if anyone plans to order online."

Staff was very patient and kind in explaining all the various chocolates they offered. The price is very reasonable for the high quality provided. Chocolates tasted great and would highly recommend others in going there as well.
