Just want to take a moment to commend the agent I just spoke with. She handled my call and concerns efficiently and ever so pleasantly. In these times, when people seem frustrated and overwhelmed, Kelly (agent 5247) actually make me laugh while handling my call and issue at hand. Sometimes, these wonderful folks who work hard are forgotten and I thought it necessary to send praise instead of criticism. Kudos to Kelly and all the hard working agents of GSC!

I was having issues with submitting a claim to my new benefits account. I was redirected to a friendly and very helpful agent Kim. She made the process flawless and assisted in no time. As frustrated as I was, I left the conversation highly satisfied! Great agent, thanks again Kim! (Ext 5398)

I like to share my appreciation for the response to my questions from the staff, Cami (Camryn). She was polite and patient with me who is desperately in need of clarification on how to access coverage. A culture of compassion and empathy would be therapeutic in itself for customers who are ailments.

They did not inform us that there was now a generic brand of medicine instead of the main brand. So when we went to pick up the main brand we had to pay $340 when it should have been no cost.All the pharmacy told us was there was a cheaper one. Nobody explained anything to us. We had to pay extra for what has always free. We already paid our copay.
