Very hit or miss. Our family has ordered dozens of times since moving to Embrun and every time is a wildly different experience. Off peak hours the food and service seems to be great. If you order online during peak hours though, be prepared to show up and have them tell you your subs haven't even been started. More staff and better management would probably help this issue. Overall pretty good food, if you order at the right times.

Ordered delivery and sub was made and probably sat for 20 minutes before driver even came to pick it up …came super good and un edible .

Who ever Sarah is she is so rude and demeaning to ALL customers and her workers. I am disgusted to see and even hear that behaviour, and the fact they’re always hiring.. look into it. Some people don’t deserve a job

Service can be slow at times, staff don't always seem confident or knowledgeable especially with new menu items. Food is always excellent.

The 1 staff member who i find is always running around always does amazing. I find the staff don’t help each other out, there could be 3-6 customers in line and the second team member is doing the simplest task and watching. Help eachother out, to make the service quicker.

They are always friendly the idle chatter is at a minimum but always needs improvement when comes to chatter topic.,but otherwise always friendly service.

January 25, 2023 @ 5pm was the worst experience at a subway I've ever had.Only 1 of the 4 employees were out front working a long line of customers.The subs we got that were supposed to be hot (meat ball, grilled chicken) we're ice cold. They were not cooked prior to being given to us.The amount of sauce and ingredients added to the subs was out of control. (Piles of olives, cucumbers, etc). The subs fell apart in our hands and were impossible to eat.The meatball sub had only 6 meatballs and was overflowing in sauce.I threw out my footlong sub when getting home.Focus on training seems to be required.

Not sure who the manager was at 8pm on May 11th but they should be ripped a new one for how they treat the other employees. Poor girls were dealing with a rush as the (assumed) manager meanders in from the back. Without bothering to help they started just laying into one of the girls working hard to clear the rush for no reason. To the poor girl who got shamed like that, I’d quit if I was you if nothing gets done about that. No one deserves to take that.

Five stars are for the staff whenever they're open. Although its a busy location the staff have always been pleasant and hard working.That being said, many times I come by now, the store is closed at odd hours. 2pm-4pm, and again closed this morning around 9am. I guess there's a problem keeping employees?
