I went in with an issue with my transmission. The car was not accelerating properly whenever I stopped at intersections. It was a scary situation but fortunately Empire was able to diagnose and fix the problem. I have had my car back for alittle over 2 weeks. They took really great care of me.I am extremely grateful for their fair pricing and amazing service, they went abo e and beyond to help me.

I brought my car in for detailing today. Hadia was amazing to work with I was able to her trust with my car and the results were amazing as well as the prices are very reasonable. I brought my car in very dirty and it came out brand new. I highly recommend everyone to bring your car to empire auto and get it back as if it’s brand new.

I moved recently from Halifax NS to London ON. A Vehicle Safety Inspection was required for paperwork related to the transfer. I called Empire and took an appointment and was checked in at the welcome by Mo. The team at Empire did a thorough and professional job and Mo kept me informed about the progress and also told that I am welcome to use the Coffee, while I wait.Very happy with the service at Empire and would go there for all my Vehicle related needs....

Munzir has helped me so much with my car, and what needed to get done. I suggest going to east empire in London if you need your car fixed, or want a new car. Go through them.

The staff here was really friendly and helpful, and the facility is really nice. There’s a massage chair available to use while you’re waiting, free wifi, and coffee/tea. Moe helped me out and made me feel really welcome. I would use this place again!
