At that place I have The worse experience I ever had since I been in this business, I went there to replace my transmission of course before I asked them to proceed, they did a diagnostic on the truck and they came out with an approximate number of $6000 for the entire job with everything included . The first issue was the PTO pump they couldn’t put it properly I have to call my provider (Frank)to come show them how to install it cause apparently they were trying to install it with out hydraulic oil... omg and this PTO pump was included on the $6000 estimation I got from one of the owner (Marco). After 2 weeks of them having the truck they called me was ready to pick it up. The day I went to pick up the truck, the owner ( Marco) came out with an invoice of $8600 from $6000 the I still think was to expensive cause is not the first one I changed but I thought was ok cause it’s a shop and I don’t have to run around like before when I do it at my yard. When I asked why the bill was $2600 over the estimation they gave me at beginning before they star the job the owner (marco) the answer he gave me it was..... “I’m going to rip you’re head off”..!!! And he star using the F words and treating me in front of everybody including one of my driver the was with me to pick up truck and the other owner after listening the screaming he came out and instead calming his partner down, and gave me as a customer a normal explanation the reason why the invoice went up more $2000 he started arguing with my driver, just because my driver said “that’s not the way to treat a customer.

They are very good at what they do i highly recommend them i had my truck differencial & transmission done by them even though recently my warranty was over marco took care of it Profesionaly

Been there twice. For 2 separate tranny issues. Chris is patient and Rick is very knowledgeable and helpful. He take the necessary time to explain the issue and the fix for it. I highly recommend them as they are the tranny expert & 100% professional at what they do. Thank you Rick & Chris.
