Tim's response time was extremely fast. He is knowledgeable, polite, courteous and was able to advise me on different products. Tim contacted manufacturer of the original door lock to find it had a lifetime guarantee. He went above and beyond as he ran out and purchased a temporary lock and installed it until manufacturer can ship replacement lock. I have no hesitation in recommending Tim.

Tim has always provided amazing service and advice. From cutting keys, changing locks, and advising on security cameras, there isn't anyone else I would trust and he is easily the best security company around. I had an issue and gave him a call and he showed up within 10 minutes! Couldn't ask for better service!
