Updated, fixed, painted my older Napoleon natural gas fireplace.Added speed controller on the fan and remote control starter.Good job. Very happy.Either fix it or replace for $5000. I chose fix for much,much less.Thank you!

Excellent business! We tried to have our very old gas fireplace repaired but it wasn't going to happen so we got a new one. Everyone from repair to reception to install was helpful, professional, and on time. Everything was clean and looked great after the fireplace was installed, and they took the time to show me how everything operated and answered questions. Highly recommend!

The accountant was only one in the store when I went in. I have never encountered a more obnoxious and rude clerk in all my life. I understand she was filling in - but to act that way to a potential customer is unacceptable. She acted in a 'know-it-all' way and anything I said ,she dismissed like I was a fly on the wall, very condescending. I can't vouch for the quality of products/services since I got out of that store as fast as I could - and retailers wonder why we go to U.S.A. for services/goods!

They installed 2 gas fireplaces in my home and Dave does an excellent job on an annual basis when he comes out to clean them and make sure they are working properly.

Our first visit to the store had left us with mixed feelings as we were rushed out the door as Jeff was late getting to a job. We were given a verbal quote and asked to make an appointment for a firm quote. Called the next day to make an appointment as we interested in what we saw. Had to wait three weeks for an appointment that worked for our schedule. Appointment day no one showed for the time that was given. I called and was told they were running behind schedule. I wish I had not taken off early from work - lost $$$. They called me an hour after scheduled appointment to cancel. Difficult but Rescheduled for the following week. Jeff showed up close to being on time. He looked at the job, give me a hand written quote and notified me that the gas meter regulator needed to be moved and needed to contact Union Gas. After 2 weeks and a few calls by me I finally given a quote for additional costs. $250 for regulator move and now wants to charge extra for installation. After a phone call I found that the Union gas charge was inflated by $175. Never got a call back on what the extra charges were going to be for installation. Still waiting Jeff. That was two weeks ago. I would NOT recommend dealing with this company.

Although the gas fireplace we choose for the addition of our four season room was outstanding, the service we received from Firebox was anything but. From tech's not showing up for scheduled installs which delayed our renovation by days, to incorrect product information from in store clerk and multiple phone messages left for Jeff which were never returned, we would advise future customers to continue their search else where for their fireplace needs. When technicians finally did installation our contractor was informed that 'we were good to go' with operation of fireplace. No remote was ever provided. I returned to store and was informed by desk clerk this fireplace didn't have a remote. I purchased a 'universal remote' which was told would work, it never did. Tech's returned to install remote I purchased and realized this fireplace had a built in remote which was never connected on initial install. Second team of tech's arrived later that day with original fireplace remote which I was informed, had been in Jeff's desk for the last two months. After weeks of questioning our final inflated bill and no return call from Jeff, we reluctantly payed our invoice to end this very disappointing experience with Firebox.

Ordering and install was good. Trying to get paperwork for insurance WETT letters has been a nightmare. 4 weeks later and still can’t use our fireplaces.

Excellent service. Took care of a warranty issue for me even though I did not originally purchase there. I would recommend.

Stopped in to price replacement parts for our grill. Good selection and friendly staff.
