The owner is really helpful. My hair was getting dry and the colour was fading so she recommended a hydrating hair cream that worked very well. The dye was vibrant and non-staining as well, so I'll definitely be coming back for more.

Leslie was extremely helpful in suggesting a toner for my very yellow hair. She arranged a fast and accommodating pick up as well as lowering the price for a similar item as the one I needed was not in stock. She helped saved my hair and she was extremely informative and helpful. Will most definitely be doing business again.

Great service! The owner(?) has been very helpful and knowledgeable every time I visited the store. She saved the day the other day by suggesting a product to get rid of yellowish highlights I had just got and was very unhappy with. Thank you :)

Love this store and Maxine! She’s phenomenal lady who has been able to answer any and all of my questions about dying my hair from blonde to purple and back to black. Very professional and gives excellent recommendations in terms of products for different types of usages. She also goes above and beyond with her instructions and has saved me lots of money!! I was stuck at work and could not get to the BSO store at Major Mackenzie and Leslie before it closed. Maxine was great! She took my payment by E-transfer and then delivered the items to my workplace. I have been in their store before and they are always friendly and helpful. I will definitely buy from them again...Thanks Maxine!

Way better selection of hair dyes than sally’s. Their wella toners are well priced (6.50) compared to Sally’s (9.50 w/o membership). They have their own bleach powder and developers that are super cheap. My go to for my dyes
