Purchased a brand new toilet at the Edmonton location but after getting to job site, found that the tanks had a crack. It was the last tank like it they had in stock but the girl said instead of ordering new replacement, there was 3 in stock at Stony Plain location. I drove all the way to Stony Plain to exchange it and they guy (Brad) said I would have to pay for the replacement tank and I would have to come back at a later date for refund after the rep" looked at it. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. That is not the policy at Edmonton location. He said different location. I asked what if you ship the replacement tank to Edmonton location and I exchange it there. He said he could do that. So the company has to pay someone to drive the replacement tank to Edmonton location so that I can exchange it. The damaged tank and the replacement tank were both sitting right there on counter

They didn't have what I needed but made calls and sent me to the right place.
