Sam's Contracting

Sam gave us a free estimate for all the work to be performed. His was the best of the three estimates we acquired. This included a bit of drywall repair and some water damage. He told us the name brand and quality of paint he would be using and how long it would take to finish the job. This job required painting the complete interior (two levels) of our 3 bedroom with full basement home, all the trim, doors and window frames.Sam and his coworker, Enad, actually started a few days ahead of time and finished the job within budget and estimated time given.The job they did was really professional and to our satisfaction. We are very pleased with the outcome.Good honest people with respect for our property. We wouldn’t hesitate to use his services again.Give him a try and you won’t be disappointed!May 2023.
